What the Vetting checks
Applicants undergo software-assisted screening and human review using available authority, insurance, safety, identity, commercial-risk, and Platform information. Approval is not a guarantee of future authority, insurance, safety, solvency, payment, or performance.
Operating authority status, safety rating, and out-of-service status checked against FMCSA records.
Carriers must maintain Platform-required insurance appropriate to the load, including at least $1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo coverage unless a higher or specialized limit applies.
Business identity and tax documentation are reviewed through submitted records and lawful verification sources. IRS TIN Matching is used only when Tardigrade Freight Exchange LLC qualifies as a payer or authorized agent for information-return purposes.
