Tardigrade Freight Exchange
Tardigrade Freight Exchange is a neutral marketplace. Independent brokers bid on your loads and remain broker of record. Brokers pay a $25 Connection Fee* only when they win a load. Shippers pay no platform fee.

Full Truckload (FTL)
Shippers post FTL loads. Vetted brokers bid. The winning broker arranges a dedicated carrier under their own authority.
Less Than Truckload (LTL)
LTL loads are posted to the marketplace. Brokers with LTL carrier relationships bid and coordinate consolidation.
Expedited Freight
Time-critical loads with same-day or next-day requirements. Priority posting flags these loads for immediate broker attention.

TFE Vetting Score
Brokers and carriers complete vetting and must be approved before they can bid or haul: FMCSA authority and safety lookup, insurance details they provide, EIN and business-name check, and on-platform performance.
Contact Masking
The Platform limits unnecessary exposure of contact information and uses security controls appropriate to the service. Users should submit sensitive documents only through designated secure workflows.
Neutral Marketplace
Independent brokers compete on equal terms, and the broker who wins a load stays broker of record.
Points & Tier System
Brokers earn points per completed load. Higher tiers unlock priority bid windows on new loads.
Role-Based Dashboards
Separate, purpose-built dashboards for shippers, brokers, carriers, and admins.
Load Status Updates
Carriers confirm pickup and delivery, and the shipper and broker see each update on their dashboards.
